Premium wines with a defined personality and character, in which process the care of the vineyard and manufacturing have been taken with an extreme care under the highest oenological standards. Produced in limited quantities, French oak barrels are used for fermentation in white wines and two ageing years for red varieties always respecting the fruit that these wines come from.
